Twelve kids from Primary 6 to Secondary 3 levels take part in the project on cultivation of Sajor-caju mushrooms during this school break. Teachers Nikorn and Thosaphol encourage the children to learn the method and help in all the steps. Some of the smaller kids and special young adults are also interested in this small scale project. Once the hard work on the clearing of the unused store in the vegetable garden is over, children are taken on a study tour to a mushroom farm and acquire necessary items including fungi. Participants enjoy working together, making use of their free time, and look forward to tasting their first produce very soon.

ช่วงปิดเทอมนี้ เด็กกลุ่ม ป.6-ม.3 จำนวน 12 คน ช่วยกันทำโครงการเพาะเห็ดนางฟ้า โดยการนำของคุณครูนิกร และคุณครูทศพล ทั้งนี้ น้อง ๆ เด็กพิเศษ และเด็กรุ่นประถมต้นที่สนใจ ก็ได้มาสมทบด้วย คุณครูและเด็ก ๆ ช่วยกันเตรียมสถานที่ ในสวนผักของมูลนิธิสงเคราะห์เด็ก พัทยา เป็นโรงเรือนของโครงการ พาเด็ก ๆ ไปทัศนศึกษาวิธีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ด จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น และได้เริ่มนำเห็ดมาเพาะในโรงแล้ว อีกไม่นานก็จะได้มีเห็ดฝีมือเด็กๆ มาประกอบอาหารรับประทานกันแล้วนะครับ
