Cooking Time

As part of their summer break activities, children in primary school levels learn to prepare Thai-style crispy rice cake, which is also known as Khao Taen and Nang Let from sticky rice. Khru Koong guided them from the first step a week ago and let the kids take part in preparing the snack. Several staff members at the Pattaya Orphanage enjoyed the fried rice crackers topped with syrup, raisins, and pumpkin seeds, as the young chefs took note of feedbacks for the improvement of their future endeavours..
