1 September 2010 It’s a great honour for the Pattaya Orphanage to welcome Phra Panreong Thanuttaro, Buddhist monk from Wat Pa Nongleng, in Sriracha district, Chonburi province, during his visit today. Together with his party, the venerable spends time with the toddlers in the nursery and contributes necessities, including slippers, dish washing liquid, umbrella, toothpaste, powdered detergent, soap, salt and medicine, in support to the children. Your generosity is very much appreciated. Your practice of dharma is a great model for the people of the faith.
1 September 2010 Led by Rev. Fr. Phinant Pornprasit, about 70 teachers and student representatives from Panchasab Minburi School visit the Pattaya Orphanage today. After receiving a warm welcome from Rev. Fr. Michael Weera Phangrak, Executive Director, the party kindly makes a cash contribution in support to the children’s education, as well as snacks, toys, and clothing. They also share their time with our toddlers in the nursery and host a delicious lunch for our preschool and deaf school children. Thank you for your kindness and generosity towards the kids. May God bless all our benefactors, as well as parents of the students abundantly.
31 August 2010 Mr. Audy Campana, a long time resident of Pattaya, makes a brief visit to the Pattaya Orphanage for the first time. Although a Swiss native, he speaks fluent Thai and intends to share his good will with the orphans in our care. He has learned of various ways to support the children and will soon return with specific plans. It’s very kind of Khun Audy to bring other business friends of his to help out as well. 31 August 2010 Khun Kanittha Wipulanusas, owner of Ploy Talay Restaurant in Baan Phe, Rayong, and sponsor of Mos and Leena, kindly sends her monthly contribution of UHT milk, fresh eggs, rice grains, vegetable oil and glass noodles to the Pattaya Orphanage for our children’s welfare. 31 August 2010 Having recently contributed a cemented multi-purpose ground in support to child development at the Pattaya Orphanage, Mr. Pinyo Hansilawat, Director, Raw Materials Affairs, The Concrete Products and Aggregate Co., Ltd. (CPAC) is back today to help with our road repair. How grateful we are for the efficient work done in a few hours with CPAC quality materials and personnel. Thank you so much. May CPAC staff and endeavors be constantly blessed with fulfillment and growth, while continuing to strengthen our beloved Thai society for years to come.
30 August 2010 Apart from visiting and sharing her love with our babies and little toddlers in the nursery, Khun Taksaporn Ondee kindly hosts a special dinner for all members of the Pattaya Orphanage with noodle soup from a mobile stall and ice cream. Although Mr. Jorgen Rederser, our birthday celebrant, is not able to be with the children today, the kids offer sincere thanks and wish him a great year full of happiness and healthiness. 29 August 2010 On a holiday Ms. Joni Nyuanen, along with her friends including Tiina Terho and Toni Mattika, yearly comes to Thailand from Finland. Each time they come to visit the Land of Smiles they never miss to come over to the Pattaya Orphanage and see how the children have grown up and how the foundation is. Being with the children had completed their holiday they said, seeing smiles and hearing laughter assures them the happiness of each and every child each time they come. 29 August 2010 Celebrating her birthday anniversary among the children at the Pattaya Orphanage makes Khun Warangkana Jaemsai filled with happiness. Together with her friends, our birthday celebrant gives refreshments to the orphans who sing in return to her kindness the birthday song and wish Khun Warangkana a wonderful year full of joy and prosperity.
